Iʼm Karina - psychologist, Gestalt therapist, psychological consultant and coach.

My goal is to help people achieve personal growth, harmony, and to unlock their natural potential through an individual approach and modern methods of psychotherapy and coaching.

I work with each client individually, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances. I use gestalt therapy to create a safe and supportive space where you can open up and find solutions to your problems. My mission is to help you find harmony, inner balance, and self-confidence.

  • Therapy process: I will explain how our work will proceed, how long the sessions might last, and we will decide together on the frequency of our meetings.

2. Deeper Work:

  • Exploring problems: We will discuss your concerns in detail, which may include conversations about your past, emotions, thoughts, and relationships with others.
  • Learning new skills: I will help you learn to cope with stress, resolve conflicts, and manage your emotions.
  • Working with thoughts: We will analyze negative or inaccurate beliefs that may affect your mood and behavior and look for ways to change them.

3. Ending Therapy:

  • Summing up: We will assess the changes you have achieved and how you feel.
  • Future plans: We will discuss how to maintain the achieved results after therapy ends.

I will contact you, and we will agree on the first online meeting, choosing a method that is convenient for you. This can be any video call manager.

You need to ensure a comfortable place where no one will disturb or distract you. You should feel free.

At the agreed time, you will call me.

During the first meeting, you briefly discuss your problem, and we will select a personal counseling or psychotherapy option for you, discussing all the details.

The consultation lasts 60 minutes, after which you pay for it. The cost is 50€/hour.

Consultations can be conducted in Ukrainian, Russian, or English.

We maintain contact in the agreed manager, where you can always reach me regarding meeting arrangements if necessary.
